We can safely soft-wash up to 4 storey's without the need for a boom lift.  This lowers costs for us and ultimately the customer.  We specialize in up to 100+ unit stratas and can provide references if needed.  The video above is of our "Fiddy" driver Harry, using our special DMG (Double-Machine-Gun) to reach up to 40ft at this Strata Complex in Delta, BC.​  We also offer the services below.
